Our Background

Double Bubble Cafe is proudly brought to you by Chefs Tony & Melissa Froyan, both from The Culinary Institute of America (where they met in 2007). 

 

Tony is a native of Maywood, where he was born and raised. He was featured on the Food Network show “BBQ Brawl with Bobby Flay” Season 3.

 

Together they have creatively collaborated to bring forth a menu and seasonal offerings of bubble teas, coffee, and sweet treats for the local community to share and enjoy!
